A Personal Letter

If you’re reading this, most likely you're suffering from a chronic illness with some pretty scary symptoms.

You might be reacting to things that never bothered you before.

If it's gotten really bad, you might even be having "anaphylactic" type reactions.

You might be reacting to foods you've never had an issue with before.

You might have chemical sensitives and have issues just being in public places.

This can create a fear of if you eat the wrong thing, being around the wrong person with a strong perfume in public.
I know that place intimately.

I've been there, and I've beat this.

First and foremost, I’m not a doctor.
I don’t have certifications.
I don’t belong to any associations.
I don’t sell supplements, miracle pills or push any one modality.
What I do have is four years of lived experience inside a body that developed these symptoms, and it only continued to get worse.
This all started after the vaccine.

I went from doing CrossFit and living a normal, active life to being afraid to leave my house without an EpiPen at 44 years old. I developed severe chemical sensitivities. My immune system felt like it was always on edge. I had constant shortness of breath. Walking up a flight of stairs felt overwhelming. Reactions became my baseline.
It wasn’t subtle.
It wasn’t theoretical.
It was terrifying.
I didn’t fix this by taking one pill.
There was no magic supplement.
No single protocol.
No “just do this one thing” moment.

Anyone telling you otherwise hasn’t been where you are.

What I did do was start asking better questions.
When did this start?
Was this something I had my whole life—or when did it start?
Did it arrive all at once, or did it slowly get worse over time?

Most importantly, I had a constant goal of identifying and fixing the root cause.

Those questions matter more than any label.
At some point, I stopped chasing symptoms and started looking for systems. One thing became impossible to ignore:
Roughly 80% of the immune system lives in the gut.
So I went there.
I worked with a functional medicine practitioner and a detox specialist. I read relentlessly. I tested hundreds of supplements. I tried medications. I failed often. I learned how to trigger reactions—and more importantly, how to calm them. I ran what most people never do: real, disciplined n=1 experiments.
I didn’t ask, “Is this backed by a study?”
I asked, “Is this logical, observable, and repeatable in my own body?”
Because here’s the uncomfortable truth:
There are no studies for what I was going through.
There are no clean categories.
And there is no standardized path out.
What saved me was an open mind and a systems-level approach.
I learned that my condition wasn’t one thing—it was many things layered on top of each other. It required deep, multi-phase detoxification, not just of one pathway, but several. Gut terrain. Immune signaling. Toxic load. Nervous system tone. Timing. Sequencing.
Nothing worked in isolation.
Everything worked in context.
Over time, I built my own framework. A structured, step-by-step approach that respected how fragile—and how resilient—the body actually is. Slowly, the reactions faded. The sensitivities disappeared. The constant anaphylactic-like state shut down.
Today, I live normally again.
No chemical sensitivities.
No constant reactions.
No fear of leaving the house.
That’s why I’m here.
Not to diagnose you.
Not to treat you.
Not to replace medical care.
But to walk with you through the logic, the sequencing, and the mindset required when standard answers fail.
If you’re someone who knows—deep down—that this didn’t come out of nowhere…
If you feel like your body is overloaded, not broken…
If you’re willing to think clearly, experiment carefully, and rebuild systematically…
Then this may resonate with you.
This isn’t about belief.
It isn’t about dogma.
And it isn’t about shortcuts.
It’s about restoring stability to a system that’s been pushed past its limits.
If you decide to work with me, you’re not hiring credentials.
You’re borrowing four years of hard-won pattern recognition.
And if nothing else, I want you to know this:
You’re not crazy.
Your body isn’t betraying you.
And this can change.
